Description

Design end-to-end user experiences for web and mobile applications, translating product requirements into intuitive, accessible, and scalable solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and final UI assets that align with product goals and user needs.
• Conduct user research, including interviews, usability tests, and surveys, to validate design decisions and uncover insights.
• Create and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components to ensure consistency across platforms.
• Collaborate with developers during handoff to provide detailed specs and ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
• Analyze product metrics and user behavior to propose continuous design enhancements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product design or UX/UI roles.
• Proficiency in designing for web and mobile applications.
• Deep understanding of WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
• Experience working within Agile environments, including sprint planning and design reviews.
• Strong ability to collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define user problems.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
