Senior Product Designer - UI/UX

You will lead end-to-end design processes for high-profile projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete design process for various projects, ensuring user experience aligns with business objectives.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to validate design solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategy and develop roadmaps.
• Maintain and contribute to design systems for consistency across products.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite, Framer, and Miro.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior designers.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Product Design or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing for B2B and B2C platforms.
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
