Responsibilities

• Prototype and test ideas, iterating based on feedback.
• Clarify complex systems using visuals to drive team alignment.
• Help shape product plans and service strategies.
• Facilitate workshops using Design Thinking to align teams.
• Build presentations that clearly articulate design thinking.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in design research, service design, or systems thinking.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Strong ability to connect disparate information and see the big picture.
• Comfortable driving design from initial concept to detail.
• Experience gathering qualitative input from customers and staff.
• Strong communication skills to align diverse teams.
