Description

You will design, prototype, and ship agentic AI capabilities across ERP platforms, owning product development end-to-end.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop scalable backend services using C#/.NET and Python, including occasional full-stack work in Node.js and Angular.
• Integrate agentic AI and RAG features into ERP workflows, ensuring auditability and human-in-the-loop design.
• Implement observability tools—logging, metrics, tracing, dashboards, and readiness checks—for production systems.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, feature flags, and safe deployment practices.
• Translate customer workflows into AI-native experiences with clear guardrails and risk controls.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering or product development.
• 3+ years of experience mentoring engineers or leading technical efforts.
• Strong proficiency in C#/.NET and Python for backend development.
• Applied experience with agentic AI systems, RAG pipelines, LLMs, or AI workflow automation.
• Expertise in cloud platforms, preferably Azure, and modern DevOps practices.
• Solid understanding of secure coding, observability, and scalable architecture.
• Experience integrating with ERP systems and workflows.
• Familiarity with TypeScript, Node.js, and Angular.
