Description

You will build and maintain backend infrastructure for AI agent frameworks and orchestration layers, ensuring scalability and production readiness for shared AI platform capabilities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend services and APIs integrating with LLM providers and internal AI Core services.
• Implement multi-step AI workflows using LangGraph or similar orchestration frameworks.
• Build reusable AI agent capabilities, orchestration logic, and model integration services.
• Debug and optimize AI service performance to ensure high availability and observability.
• Collaborate with product, infrastructure, and security teams to deliver features aligned with the shared roadmap.

Required Skills

• Strong backend development experience using Python.
• Hands-on experience building microservices-based architectures.
• Practical experience integrating LLM APIs and working with agentic AI systems in production.
• Knowledge of LangGraph or comparable agent orchestration frameworks.
• Understanding of scalable backend system design and distributed systems concepts.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong debugging, performance tuning, and system optimization skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building production-grade AI platform engineering or model integration layers.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
