Description

You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, bridging user needs with engineering execution. Your focus is on discovering real problems, shaping opportunities, and delivering high-velocity product initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Discover user pain points through interviews, workflow shadowing, and sales/support calls.
• Translate insights into actionable PRDs, quick prototypes, and Figma designs.
• Collaborate with leadership to prioritize backlog items and align delivery plans with engineering teams.
• Champion intuitive design, own UAT, and partner with QA to ensure product quality.
• Plan product launches, monitor post-launch adoption, and optimize for improvements.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Product Management or Business Analysis.
• Strong understanding of Gen AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
• Hands-on experience with prototyping, prompt engineering, and testing.
• Proficiency in Agile environments and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Technical fluency to work closely with engineering teams.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with tools like Figma.
• Knowledge of enterprise domains such as BFSI, HR, or Procurement.
