Description

Lead product strategy and development for a B2B product portfolio, owning the lifecycle from ideation to launch.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies, including market analysis and competitive positioning.
• Define the product roadmap and prioritize features based on market trends and business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and marketing to define requirements and user stories.
• Track product performance and user engagement using key metrics and data-driven iteration.
• Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of accountability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product management with a focus on B2B products.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, consumer internet, or e-commerce environments.
• Hands-on experience with wireframing, roadmapping, and user story writing.
• Ability to write basic SQL queries for data-driven decision making.
• Proven track record of managing the full product lifecycle.
• Strong expertise in stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
• Experience in the search, recommendation, or personalization domains.

Preferred Skills

• MBA from a tier-1 college or institute.
• Understanding of search and recommendation algorithms and industry best practices.
