Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from requirements gathering and planning through development, testing, release, and post-launch support.
Partner with business stakeholders to define product vision, business requirements, priorities, and delivery roadmaps.
Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Owners, Engineering, QA, and DevOps teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
Provide day-to-day project oversight, managing scope, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, resources, and change requests.
Monitor project execution and proactively drive issue resolution to ensure quality and timely delivery.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
20+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Delivery, Program Management, or Project Management within software development environments
Strong Business Analysis experience, including requirements elicitation, process analysis, backlog management, and change management
Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum environments
Ability to lead Agile teams and facilitate Scrum ceremonies
Strong understanding of SDLC and modern software architecture
Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies
Proven experience working with Solution Architects, Engineering, QA, DevOps, and external vendors
Experience managing complex software projects involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently, make strategic decisions, and influence stakeholders across organizational levels

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field
