You will lead the product lifecycle for the platform engineering team, aligning technical delivery with MarTech OKRs.
Responsibilities
Define, prioritize, and maintain a ready backlog for the platform engineering team.
Implement and maintain governance processes to meet digital business goals.
Align team strategy with MarTech OKRs and communicate roadmaps to Marketing, Product Activation, and Compliance stakeholders.
Challenge engineering teams to deliver against technical architecture requirements and defined goals.
Manage business readiness by assessing the impact of change and driving user adoption.
Required Skills
10+ years of experience in Web Content Management, SEO, CRM, or Digital Asset Management.
Proven track record of delivering large, complex projects using Agile methodology.
Deep understanding of the end-to-end technology stack, including hosting, networking, virtual infrastructure, web servers, caching, databases, and CMS.
Technical knowledge of microservices, front-end frameworks, and site architecture.
Experience with Test Driven Development, QA automation, and DevOps processes.
Familiarity with software quality assurance and user-interface/navigation principles.
Experience managing digital platforms and the teams that deploy on them.
Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Skills
Experience working within CPG, healthcare, marketing agency, or media organizations.
