Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collect stakeholder use cases and translate them into detailed product specifications and user stories, including defining data flows, implementation plans, and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Architecture, Design, Program, Engineering, and Business) to align requirements and shape product roadmap and strategy based on business priorities.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvements.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure product release readiness, including training, documentation, and stakeholder/end-user support.
• Manage a portfolio of products and projects to ensure timely execution against business goals.
• Identify, analyze, and recommend technical integration strategies with partners and vendors.
• Partner with other Product Managers to innovate platform services.

Skills Required:

• Strong experience in Product Management and Product Lifecycle Management.
• Hands-on experience working in Agile and Scrum environments.
• Good understanding of product development processes and delivery methodologies.
• Experience gathering business requirements and creating user stories and documentation.
• Knowledge of UAT coordination, release readiness, and stakeholder support activities.
• Strong analytical and data analysis skills for product decision-making.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Good communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Understanding of technical integrations and platform-based product environments.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
