Description

You will lead the product lifecycle for the platform engineering team, aligning technical delivery with MarTech OKRs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define, prioritize, and maintain a ready backlog for the platform engineering team.
• Implement and maintain governance processes to meet digital business goals.
• Align team strategy with MarTech OKRs and communicate roadmaps to Marketing, Product Activation, and Compliance stakeholders.
• Challenge engineering teams to deliver against technical architecture requirements and defined goals.
• Manage business readiness by assessing the impact of change and driving user adoption.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Web Content Management, SEO, CRM, or Digital Asset Management.
• Proven track record of delivering large, complex projects using Agile methodology.
• Deep understanding of the end-to-end technology stack, including hosting, networking, virtual infrastructure, web servers, caching, databases, and CMS.
• Technical knowledge of microservices, front-end frameworks, and site architecture.
• Experience with Test Driven Development, QA automation, and DevOps processes.
• Familiarity with software quality assurance and user-interface/navigation principles.
• Experience managing digital platforms and the teams that deploy on them.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within CPG, healthcare, marketing agency, or media organizations.
