Own the end-user experience for the platform, focusing on customer onboarding and administrative configuration to maximize time-to-value.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect admin and end-user onboarding flows in collaboration with UX and platform teams.
• Build a modular platform admin experience using common design and user journey patterns.
• Lead cross-functional scrum teams, including engineers and data scientists, to deliver onboarding solutions.
• Define, track, and analyze key metrics to identify friction points and drive product initiatives.
• Develop and maintain a product vision and roadmap aligned with company objectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of product management experience specializing in B2B SaaS, platform end-user experience, or admin configuration.
• Strong background in UX and API product management.
• Proficiency using data analytics tools such as Amplitude and Tableau to guide product decisions.
• Experience analyzing data usage patterns and meeting recordings to reduce friction.
• Ability to craft detailed technical requirements and communicate complex strategies to executive stakeholders.
• Experience engaging directly with customers to gather real-time feedback.
• Capability to review and collaborate on technical design documents with engineering teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with data science teams to leverage meeting recordings for product insights.
