Responsibilities

• Develop product roadmaps and business requirements documents by breaking down high-level requirements into functional tasks.
• Assess existing client product portfolios to balance enhancements, new features, and performance needs.
• Map customer journeys to identify opportunities that align with client business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and analytics teams to validate deliverables against business needs.
• Work directly with client counterparts to translate business needs into actionable product visions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in product management and product development within the financial services industry.
• Proven ability to create product roadmaps and manage business requirements.
• Expertise in business modeling and applying frameworks to assess organizations.
• Strong skills in customer experience design and customer advocacy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint for storyboarding and client presentations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining organization.
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineers, designers, business analysts, and architects.

Preferred Skills

• Post-graduate degree or MBA.
• Prior experience in IT consulting or management roles.
