Description

You will manage the development and lifecycle of the Intelligent Service Delivery Hub application within the SAP Cloud Application Lifecycle Management ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the development of collaboration platforms for customer service deliveries.
  • Manage application functionality for a growing user base of internal users and customers.
  • Align product roadmap with business process operations and service delivery requirements.
  • Oversee technology integration within the cloud application environment.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management.
  • Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager or Product Manager.
  • Deep understanding of ERP systems.
  • Experience managing Cloud-based applications.
  • Background in Service Management or Operations.
  • Knowledge of Customer Service delivery processes.
  • Technical proficiency in managing complex technology platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
