Description

You will own the product vision and roadmap for AI and Intelligent Automation solutions while executing detailed business analysis and requirements gathering across distributed teams.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain product strategy, roadmap, and backlog prioritization aligned with business objectives.
• Lead end-to-end requirements elicitation, producing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows.
• Identify and evaluate AI, ML, and RPA use cases, defining success metrics and feasibility.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, engineering, and data science teams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support UAT to ensure delivered features meet acceptance criteria.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of combined experience in Product Management and Business Analysis.
• Proven track record delivering AI, ML, or Intelligent Automation products from discovery to production.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts including supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP, and LLMs.
• Hands-on experience with Intelligent Automation platforms: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, or Blue Prism.
• Proficiency in documentation and tracking tools: Confluence, JIRA, and Miro.
• Experience with process mapping (BPMN) and requirement traceability matrices.
• Fluent in English; professional proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese strongly preferred.
• Ability to influence cross-functional, distributed teams without authority.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Generative AI tools and LLM-based product development.
• Background in Latin American markets.
