🔹 Key Responsibilities
✔️ Define and drive the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for Supply Chain Digital Technology initiatives
✔️ Partner with business stakeholders, engineering, UX, operations, and executive leadership to deliver innovative enterprise solutions
✔️ Own the product lifecycle from requirements gathering through delivery and continuous improvement
✔️ Lead backlog prioritization, user story development, and sprint planning activities
✔️ Analyze business processes and recommend technology-driven operational improvements
✔️ Drive enterprise integrations and API-based solutions supporting business objectives
✔️ Build a comprehensive understanding of the Tech Ops Supply Chain ecosystem and identify opportunities for innovation
✔️ Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring products deliver exceptional business value and user experience
✔️ Present product roadmaps, recommendations, project status, and business outcomes to senior leadership
✔️ Collaborate across multiple teams to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives
🔹 Preferred Qualifications
⭐ Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms
⭐ Supply Chain or Logistics domain experience is highly preferred
⭐ Experience leading Change Management and User Adoption initiatives
⭐ Strong facilitation skills for workshops, requirements gathering, and prioritization sessions
⭐ Proven ability to influence stakeholders across technical and business organizations
⭐ Strong analytical thinking with a bias for action and accountability
