Description

You will own the product lifecycle for Supply Chain Digital Technology initiatives, driving strategy, vision, and roadmap execution.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy, vision, and roadmap for enterprise digital platforms.
• Partner with engineering, UX, operations, and executive leadership to deliver innovative solutions.
• Own the product lifecycle from requirements gathering through delivery and continuous improvement.
• Lead backlog prioritization, user story development, and sprint planning activities.
• Analyze business processes to recommend technology-driven operational improvements and integrations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of product management experience with Enterprise Applications and Digital Platforms.
• Strong expertise in Requirements Gathering, Backlog Management, and User Story Creation.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and partnering closely with Engineering Teams.
• Proficiency in Data Analysis and Process Mapping to drive operational efficiency.
• Experience with Enterprise Integrations, APIs, and Cross-Functional System Implementations.
• Excellent Executive Communication and Presentation Skills for stakeholder alignment.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Supply Chain or Logistics domain experience.
