Description

You will define and drive the vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap for complex enterprise platform products.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define and reinforce effective Product Management practices to establish product vision and strategy.
• Own the prioritization and management of the product backlog using data to select features based on value and feasibility.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business leaders, Engineering, and Architecture teams to ensure cohesive delivery.
• Lead the implementation and champion principles of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) within the ART.
• Define, track, and analyze key success metrics to measure delivered product value.

Required Skills

• 9-12 years of experience in Product Management with demonstrated leadership managing product teams.
• Strong IT infrastructure background, including network connectivity, reliability, and performance expertise in enterprise environments.
• Proven experience with agile methodologies.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and facilitation skills bridging business needs and technical delivery.
• Experience utilizing Jira Software, Confluence, FigJam, Jira Align, and/or AgilityHealth.
• Familiarity with Engineering and Architecture concepts.
• Experience working with Product Owners.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAFe is strongly preferred.
