You will lead customer notification initiatives across email, SMS, and push channels to enhance engagement and communication.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage notification templates for delivery updates, billing, claims, and marketing scenarios.
• Set up automated notification triggers based on customer lifecycle events.
• Collaborate with product development, marketing, customer support, and engineering teams to implement improvements.
• Design and execute A/B tests on subject lines, content, timing, and delivery channels.
• Analyze customer feedback and behavioral data to identify design and delivery improvements.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in product management or a related role.
• Strong understanding of customer behavior and personalized notification tailoring.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to extract insights from large datasets.
• Ability to present complex findings clearly to diverse audiences.
• Product Management expertise.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing customer communication strategies across multiple channels.
• Familiarity with Jira and other product management platforms.
