Description

Own the strategy and execution of the enterprise DevOps platform portfolio, serving 20,000–30,000 users across the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for DevOps/DevSecOps platforms, aligning engineering needs with enterprise architecture standards.
• Lead, coach, and manage Product Owners, setting clear objectives and building a high-performing, outcome-focused culture.
• Manage the integrated ecosystem of Jira, Confluence, GitHub, and GitHub Copilot, ensuring coherent roadmaps and service improvements.
• Drive large-scale adoption and usability, removing barriers to engagement for a massive user base.
• Embed security-by-design and DevSecOps practices, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards like GxP.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in product management leadership within technical or enterprise tooling environments.
• Deep expertise in DevOps, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and developer workflows.
• Proven experience in formal people management, including coaching and developing Product Owners.
• Strong command of Jira, Confluence, and GitHub for platform management and portfolio prioritization.
• Ability to drive adoption and define strategy for platforms serving tens of thousands of users.
• Experience working in regulated environments, including GxP compliance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise platforms such as Jenkins, SonarQube, and Artifactory.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud platforms.
• Background in leading AI-enabled product initiatives or defining AI strategy.
