Required Skills

• 10+ years in software development, shipping across multiple agile releases.
• 5+ years as Product Owner or Product Manager focused on strategy and roadmap.
• 5+ years managing technical product teams using Agile frameworks.
• 5+ years in healthcare Payor domain; claims experience preferred.
• 3+ years coaching Business Analysts, Product Owners, or Scrum Masters.
• General understanding of core programming and computer science concepts.
• Advanced oral and written communication skills for stakeholder influence.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce.
