Responsibilities

• Re-imagine product capabilities into new, sellable units based on market research and competitive intelligence.
• Manage complex, cross-segment projects from ideation and definition through to launch, management, and sunsetting.
• Analyze program performance metrics and present data-driven results to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering, client services, and sales to ensure smooth product delivery and continuous optimization.
• Lead and guide a team of product managers and analysts across various initiatives.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience specifically in Product Management.
• 11+ years of overall professional experience.
• Deep experience in US healthcare within B2B or B2C environments.
• Proven track record managing large-scale applications across the payer or provider value-chain.
• Experience managing capital requests, including cost-benefit analysis and business case development.
• Expertise with platform capabilities such as common data intake and common capabilities.
• Ability to analyze data from multiple sources to recommend actionable insights.
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders and partner with clients to deliver outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading cross-functional teams in the healthcare sector.
• Background in platform architecture and data integration strategies.
