Description

You will lead the Platform team, managing horizontal services including user profiles, wallets, checkout UX, fulfillment UX, and seller tools.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for foundational platform services.
• Partner with engineering leaders to architect scalable solutions for multiple business units.
• Drive product development from inception to launch through requirements gathering and prioritization.
• Translate business stakeholder needs into technical requirements and define success metrics.
• Balance technical debt, feature development, and platform stability while measuring adoption.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of product management experience focusing on enterprise software or SaaS.
• Expertise in managing operationally complex workflows and project management tools.
• Proven ability to use data to drive decision-making and product improvements.
• Experience bridging the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong background in design thinking and simplifying complex workflows into intuitive interfaces.
• Proficiency in software development methodologies and project management.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or a related discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience generating visual assets using Figma.
• Interest in trading cards and the collectibles industry.
