Description

You will define the product vision and drive growth strategy for a core B2C platform.

Responsibilities

• Own growth experiments and funnel optimization across acquisition, conversion, and retention stages.
• Drive business outcomes focusing on revenue, active users, and leakage reduction.
• Make data-driven decisions utilizing product analytics, SQL, and defined metrics.
• Lead cross-functional efforts involving Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Sales teams.

Required Skills

• 4–5 years in Product Management experience, with 1–2 years as an SPM preferred.
• Experience working with high-volume B2C/consumer platforms.
• Strong exposure to growth loops, experimentation, and analytics-led products.
• Proficiency in Product Analytics and SQL for data querying.
• Demonstrated ability to operate with high ownership and autonomy.
• Bachelor's degree required.
