Description

Lead the strategy, implementation, and scaling of the Customer Data Platform (CDP) within the MarTech stack.

Responsibilities

• Own the CDP product roadmap and design, translating marketing requirements into technical product and process designs.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including backlog ownership, sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives.
• Oversee data management processes, including schema creation for batch and streaming datasets, connector configuration, and data governance.
• Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, InfoSec, and marketing operations to ensure secure and scalable platform integrations.
• Partner with vendors to prioritize platform enhancement requests and technical improvements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Product Management experience onboarding and scaling MarTech tools.
• In-depth expertise with Customer Data Platforms such as Adobe CDP, Salesforce Data Cloud, mParticle, or Segment.
• Strong background in data management, including data mapping, schema creation, and customer data modeling.
• Practical understanding of SDK implementations and server-to-server integrations.
• Proven experience working within Agile frameworks like Scrum.
• Ability to translate technical terminology for business partners and business requirements for engineering teams.
• Experience managing data governance and security policies within regulated environments.
• Proficiency in delivering executive-level presentations.

• SAFe training and certification.
