Description

You will drive the strategic development and enhancement of policy products to maximize value for internal and external customers.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define policy product vision, technical strategies, and long-term roadmaps.
• Create detailed product change requirements, high-level scope documentation, and use cases.
• Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and development teams to resolve roadblocks.
• Manage the product release lifecycle by coordinating with Change Management and conducting monthly release checkpoints.
• Mentor and train junior staff in Product Specialist roles.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product management or related roles.
• Proven ability to perform stakeholder analysis at both product and change levels.
• Experience conducting product change readiness assessments and resource bandwidth analysis.
• Ability to maintain real-time product status reports and manage release checkpoints.
• Experience working with Business Analysts and Project Managers.
• Strong capability in requirement elicitation and troubleshooting technical roadblocks.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by tracking test script execution and troubleshooting issues.

Preferred Skills

• Lead business teams in defining problem statements, value statements, and impact analyses.
