Description

Lead the strategic adoption and implementation of Microsoft 365 Copilot to drive organizational productivity.

Responsibilities

• Assess organizational readiness and current state to prepare for Copilot adoption.
• Implement and customize Copilot for specific business use cases and workflows.
• Execute training programs and awareness campaigns for end-user onboarding and continuous learning.
• Track internal adoption and usage metrics aligned with the AI strategy.
• Identify business challenges and propose technical solutions to stakeholders and senior management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product or technical management roles.
• Technical expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot and services including Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Power Platform, and Office Apps.
• Deep understanding of M365 licensing, roles, role groups, and identity management.
• Knowledge of M365 Security and Compliance Center components.
• Proficiency with Agile and SDLC tools such as JIRA and Bitbucket.
• Proven ability to deliver presentations and product demonstrations to senior management.
• Strong communication skills for building influence and managing stakeholder engagement.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
