Description

You will lead the customer communications strategy for order updates throughout the entire order lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision for ideal customer post-purchase communication experiences.
• Develop and execute strategies to reduce customer anxiety and improve retention.
• Write detailed vision and requirement documents supported by data.
• Use data-driven judgment to design experiences that meet customer expectations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Proven track record of managing customer communication strategies.
• Experience writing technical requirement documents and vision docs.
• Ability to use data to substantiate product recommendations.
• Experience focusing on customer retention and post-purchase experience.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
