Description

You will own the evolution of billing products for membership, protection plans, and subscription businesses during a large-scale systems modernization.

Responsibilities

• Drive the subscriptions platform roadmap to maintain business continuity while transitioning to a new billing architecture.
• Define and document product epics, user stories, and a prioritized backlog to ensure engineering teams understand requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering to build a custom subscriptions billing platform and manage system integrations.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to translate business problems into technical priorities and clear product outcomes.
• Track key performance indicators to measure the success of subscription billing features and ensure data accuracy across the plan lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a related field.
• Deep understanding of billing applications, including invoicing, taxation, payments, refunds, finance, and controllership.
• Experience managing data integrity, event publishing, and reporting requirements within complex systems.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and work cross-functionally to resolve requirement clarifications.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills to prioritize high-impact features.
• High level of technical comfort regarding software development and system integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• CPSO certification.
