Key Responsibilities
✔ Lead the complete product lifecycle, including requirements gathering, planning, development, testing, release, and post-launch support.
✔ Partner with business stakeholders to define product vision, business requirements, priorities, and delivery roadmaps.
✔ Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Owners, Engineering, QA, DevOps, and third-party vendors to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
✔ Provide day-to-day project oversight and manage project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, resource allocation, and change requests.
✔ Monitor project execution, proactively resolve delivery issues, and ensure high-quality, on-time product delivery.
✔ Facilitate Agile ceremonies, support Scrum teams, remove delivery impediments, and promote Agile best practices across cross-functional teams.
✔ Participate in vendor qualification, technical evaluations, and vendor performance management.
✔ Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders and provide regular project updates, strategic recommendations, and executive-level reporting.
✔ Drive continuous improvements in product delivery processes, governance, operational efficiency, and execution practices.
🔹 Required Qualifications
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
✅ 20+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Delivery, Program Management, or Project Management within software development environments.
✅ Strong Business Analysis experience, including:
🔹 Requirements Elicitation
🔹 Process Analysis
🔹 Backlog Management
🔹 Change Management
✅ Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including leading Agile teams and facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
✅ Strong understanding of:
🔹 Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
🔹 Modern Software Architecture
🔹 Agile Methodology
🔹 Scrum Framework
🔹 Waterfall Methodology
🔹 Hybrid Project Delivery
