Description

You will lead the complete product lifecycle from requirements gathering through post-launch support, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery of software solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, business requirements, priorities, and delivery roadmaps in partnership with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Engineering, QA, and DevOps to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
• Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and change requests while providing day-to-day oversight.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove delivery impediments, and promote Agile best practices across cross-functional teams.
• Drive continuous improvements in product delivery processes, governance, and operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• 20+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Delivery, Program Management, or Project Management.
• Strong Business Analysis experience, including requirements elicitation, process analysis, backlog management, and change management.
• Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including leading teams and facilitating ceremonies.
• Deep understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and modern software architecture.
• Proficiency in Agile Methodology, Scrum Framework, and Waterfall Methodology.
• Experience with hybrid project delivery models.
• Ability to manage vendor qualification, technical evaluations, and performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
