Description

Lead product strategy and roadmap for analytics within the MarketingOS suite. Own the 2-3 year vision for analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmap for analytics in collaboration with product, design, and engineering leadership.
• Establish product metrics and partner with engineering and BI teams to instrument and monitor them.
• Work with the Data Platform team to build products on a single source of truth under Product and Engineering SLOs.
• Execute trade-offs and provide roadmap clarity for scrum teams.
• Support product marketing with positioning, messaging, and pricing updates for analytics releases.

Required Skills

• Minimum 8 years of product management experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 6 years with a Master’s degree.
• Direct experience in analytics product development.
• Deep understanding of GTM and Marketing analytics, including campaign, advertising, and ROI analytics.
• Proven ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Experience working with SLOs.
• Strong ability to influence partners and communicate complex data to various organizational levels.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and execute against strategic objectives.

Preferred Skills

• Monitor the competitive landscape regarding analytics and platform innovations like Generative AI.
