Description

Senior Product Manager for the Corporate Shared Services team, focusing on SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and financial applications.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product roadmap for financial solutions based on business needs and growth opportunities.
• Act as the subject matter expert for SAP S/4HANA financial applications, analytics, and General Ledger, AP, AR, and FICA modules.
• Write detailed product requirements, functional specs, and user stories for engineering and design teams.
• Partner with finance, engineering, operations, and analytics teams to guide products from conception to launch.
• Build business cases and present strategic recommendations to executives using data and customer insights.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with SAP S/4HANA and ECC Finance applications.
• Deep knowledge of SAP modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, FICA, and Treasury integration.
• Strong product management experience defining roadmaps, PRDs, and managing the full product lifecycle.
• Experience with analytical systems such as Salesforce, MS Dynamics, and Databricks.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards, principles, and subscription business process models.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into functional specifications.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives with minimal direction in time-sensitive environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience coordinating full product lifecycles from design through implementation and optimization.
• Strong analytical skills to synthesize multiple data sources for business decisions.
