Description

You will lead strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Commerce and Provisioning domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for commerce, quoting, order management, and fulfillment capabilities.
• Own integrations between enterprise systems including Microsoft Dynamics 365, PROS CPQ, SAP S/4HANA, and in-house microservices.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through launch and post-launch optimization.
• Partner with engineering to design scalable microservices-based architectures and seamless provisioning workflows.
• Establish OKRs and track KPIs to measure product success, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of product management experience delivering complex products in Commerce, CPQ, or Provisioning.
• Deep knowledge of the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) process.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Salesforce (SFDC).
• Experience with CPQ platforms and ERP systems like SAP S/4HANA.
• Proven experience managing provisioning workflows for SaaS-based products.
• Experience working within microservices architectures and API-driven ecosystems.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making and KPI tracking.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SaaS subscription models and entitlement management.
• Familiarity with AI methodology.
