Description

Define and build logistics and warehousing product capabilities, owning the end-to-end product lifecycle.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for supply chain products, from discovery to high-quality release.
• Represent the business point of view when collaborating with Product, Engineering, and integration partners.
• Drive clarity and alignment across large cross-functional teams through excellent communication.
• Analyze data and market trends to prioritize initiatives that enhance product competitiveness and performance.
• Track post-launch performance, gather user feedback, and optimize features based on analytics.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of experience in product management.
• 5+ years of experience in the Supply Chain domain, specifically Warehousing.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle and design.
• Proficiency in data analytics to support strategic development and value management.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, Communications, or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to lead discovery, ideation, and requirements definition.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with emerging technologies in supply chain (automation, big data, AI).
• Background in internal process improvement initiatives for planning and reporting.
• Ability to conduct competitive analysis and align product strategy with market needs.
