Description

Akkodis is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives within a complex, enterprise environment. The successful consultant will drive product vision, roadmap, and execution while collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to deliver high-quality, user-centered solutions aligned with business objectives.

Scope

Lead end-to-end product management across all stages (Discovery, Alpha, Beta, Live)

Define product strategy, vision, and roadmap

Manage and prioritize product backlog and delivery timelines

Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.

Assignment Deliverables

Product vision and roadmap (short-, medium-, and long-term)

Product strategy including target users, value proposition, and business goals

Product backlog, user stories, and prioritization frameworks

KPI definitions and performance tracking dashboards.

Expertise Required

Must Have:

Proven experience managing product lifecycle stages (Discovery, Alpha, Beta, Live or similar)

Ability to identify, articulate, and prioritize risks and issues at program and executive levels, with clear mitigation strategies

Experience creating and maintaining product roadmaps and delivery plans

Experience working in Agile (Scrum) delivery environments with cross-functional teams

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud platform

Experience with backlog management tools such as Azure DevOps.

Nice to Have:

Familiarity with user-centered design and customer research methodologies

Exposure to product analytics and data-driven decision-making.
