Description

You will own the product roadmap and delivery for banking and fintech products, specifically CRM systems, payments, and fraud mitigation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap in collaboration with Product, Fraud, and Customer Support stakeholders.
• Lead the creation of a proprietary CRM system and design payment features to enhance user experience.
• Manage the fraud product roadmap, including KPI definition and integration of third-party fraud platforms.
• Maintain the product backlog, create user stories, and prioritize workloads for sprint cycles.
• Analyze product analytics and user feedback to drive feature iterations and strategic decisions.

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of product management experience.
• Proven success managing both mobile and web application products.
• Experience in at least two of the following: CRM system development/integration, payments or fintech product management, or fraud prevention initiatives in banking.
• Deep understanding of agile development methodologies.
• Ability to engage with technical details and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience integrating external third-party services and partnership engagement.
• Strong track record of executing high-impact projects under competing priorities.
• Ability to document detailed technical specifications and requirements.
