Description

Lead end-to-end product management across Discovery, Alpha, Beta, and Live stages, defining strategy, roadmaps, and delivery plans for enterprise solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, target users, and value propositions aligned with business objectives.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog and delivery timelines using Agile methodologies.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies at program and executive levels, implementing mitigation strategies.
• Establish KPI definitions and maintain performance tracking dashboards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience managing the full product lifecycle.
• Proven ability to create and maintain product roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Experience working in Agile (Scrum) environments with cross-functional teams.
• Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Azure cloud platform.
• Hands-on experience with backlog management tools, specifically Azure DevOps.
• Strong capability in articulating and prioritizing risks and issues.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with user-centered design and customer research methodologies.
• Exposure to product analytics and data-driven decision-making.
