Job description: 
Lead cross-functional relationship management with business, technical, and executive stakeholders, driving consensus, resolving conflicts, and ensuring products stay aligned to delivery schedules and strategic roadmaps. Own end-to-end product delivery across discovery to live stages using Agile/Scrum methodologies, managing balanced teams (product, UX, engineering), product roadmaps, integrated plans, and iterative value delivery.
Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies in complex government/public sector environments, identifying potential threats early, prioritizing impacts at senior leadership level, and defining mitigation strategies to protect timelines and outcomes.
Drive structured product governance and reporting, including backlog management, executive reporting, stakeholder forums, and steering committees, leveraging tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and collaboration platforms to ensure transparency and alignment.
