Description

Lead a scrum team and manage the day-to-day execution of technical deliverables and data solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage a scrum team, including backlog prioritization for planned epics and incoming support tickets.
• Lead complex, multi-team projects requiring heavy cross-functional collaboration and dependency management.
• Write detailed user stories and technical requirement documentation to clarify project scope.
• Track KPIs and coordinate release communications across Slack and internal documentation.
• Translate high-level architecture and technical concepts into functional terms for business partners.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in Product Management implementing data solutions.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale projects involving multiple interdependent teams.
• Current or former Salesforce Admin or Advanced Admin Certification.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Intermediate knowledge of database fundamentals, including tables, queries, APIs, and data mapping.
• Experience working within distributed, remote, and global organizations.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision to drive engagement across Sales, Marketing, and Legal.
• Experience with data classification, categorization, and user management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing CDP (Customer Data Platform) products or using AI products in development.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Agentforce products.
• Background working with Marketing stakeholders on audience segmentation and content management systems.
