Description

You will own the product lifecycle for a "single pane of glass" initiative, acting as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the engineering team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and refine detailed product requirements by engaging cross-functionally with internal teams.
• Partner with the application team to translate business needs into technical specifications and implemented features.
• Validate assumptions with subject matter experts and assess impacts against the current product baseline.
• Proactively gather context, follow the breadcrumbs to understand the existing platform, and package findings for leadership.
• Synthesize information from probing questions and clear communication to relay insights back to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product management role.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to ask clarifying and probing questions.
• Experience operating autonomously in an iterative, evolving environment with changing requirements.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into actionable engineering tasks.
• Excellent communication skills to synthesize complex information for leadership and technical teams.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with "single pane of glass" dashboards or complex data aggregation products.
• Self-sufficient track record of independently gathering context and driving projects forward.
