Description

You will co-own and execute the product roadmap while driving product vision through stakeholder partnership.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Product Director to execute the roadmap and translate epics into well-defined requirements.
• Lead scrum refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives to drive stories to the definition of ready.
• Decompose epics into user stories featuring clear acceptance criteria and mockups.
• Monitor post-launch product performance and maintain comprehensive documentation in Confluence.
• Coordinate sprints and assist in release planning to ensure alignment with company vision and metrics.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience managing all stages of the product life cycle.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Proven experience launching software products in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Strong proficiency in Agile Scrum methodologies and iterative development.
• Hands-on experience using Jira for development tracking.
• Ability to work within cross-functional teams including designers, engineers, and Scrum Masters.
• Expertise in prototyping and decomposing complex requirements into actionable user stories.
• Strong prioritization skills to meet squad objectives and sprint goals.
• Understanding of information security measures, data privacy, and protection standards.

Preferred Skills

• Certification such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager.
• Hands-on experience leading Agile Scrum ceremonies and roadmap execution.
