You will lead the QA product roadmap to sustain, optimize, and scale capabilities for Corporate Functions business segments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the QA product vision, strategy, and roadmap to align with organizational goals.
• Prioritize the short-term feature backlog and long-term roadmap, ensuring clear requirements and acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Write epics and user stories that communicate stakeholder needs and support Agile product development.
• Conduct product discovery and customer research to synthesize market factors into cohesive strategies.
• Analyze quantitative data to evaluate product initiatives and provide leadership with risk assessments and progress updates.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in product ownership or similar roles.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams through digital innovation.
• Expertise in Agile methodology and backlog management.
• Strong ability in product strategy and risk assessment.
• Proficiency in Quality Assurance processes.
• Experience working with Solution Architecture.
• Ability to perform trade-off analysis and informed decision-making.

Preferred Skills

• Product Owner certification.
• Experience with Testing Automation and the QA Engineering discipline.
