Description

You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and Scrum development teams to manage solution delivery and maximize value.

Responsibilities

• Own the product backlog, including writing user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product vision, roadmap, and feature priorities to maximize ROI.
• Lead sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to drive continuous process improvement.
• Manage defect scheduling and unblock feature teams throughout the release cycle.
• Prepare the backlog for upcoming iterations and provide project status reports to management.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of relevant technical or business experience.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Deep knowledge of Data Security and Cyber Security domains.
• Proven experience leading within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) program or portfolio environment.
• Strong understanding of Lean and Agile values, principles, and practices.
• Working knowledge of system architectural components.
• Experience with Cloud infrastructure and Cloud migrations.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and prioritize complex business requirements.
