Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and Scrum development teams to drive solution delivery and maximize value.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the product backlog, including requirement gathering, analysis, prioritization, and defect scheduling.
• Define product vision, roadmaps, project goals, and sprint objectives.
• Write well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development.
• Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure continuous process improvement.
• Manage delivery cadence and unblock feature teams throughout the release cycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant technical or business experience.
• Deep domain knowledge in Cyber Security and Data Security.
• Experience leading within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) program or portfolio environment.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Working knowledge of Lean and Agile principles and practices.
• Understanding of system architectural components.
• Experience with Cloud infrastructure and Cloud migrations.
• Ability to deliver business intelligence, reporting, and analytic solutions.
