Define product vision and roadmap for Municipal Bond issuance platforms, driving front-to-back workflow integration and automation.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product vision and roadmap aligned with strategic priorities for Munis platforms.
• Drive front-to-back workflow integration, ensuring seamless data flow across origination, syndication, and settlement systems.
• Lead delivery across 1–3 cross-functional Agile teams, prioritizing backlog and refining user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Partner with syndicate desks, bankers, and operations to identify pain points and prioritize high-impact solutions.
• Drive automation and straight-through processing (STP) across Munis execution workflows to improve scalability and resilience.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Municipal Bonds primary markets, including issuance, syndication, pricing, allocations, and settlement.
• Deep understanding of the Munis deal lifecycle, new issue workflows, and order book management.
• Strong Agile experience with JIRA and Confluence for backlog prioritization and story writing.
• Proven ability to translate complex business needs into scalable technology solutions.
• Experience working directly with front-office teams, such as syndicate or trading desks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience troubleshooting production issues.
• Ability to communicate product strategy and outcomes to senior stakeholders and C-suite executives.
• Familiarity with reporting/BI tools and standard productivity tools including MS Office and Visio.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in technology, Finance, or related field; MBA or MS preferred.
• Experience leading large-scale platform initiatives and user experience improvements.
