Description

You will own the Autoship product roadmap and backlog for our recurring commerce offering.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Autoship Senior Product Manager to define business requirements and create detailed Jira Epics and user stories.
• Prioritize and maintain the product backlog to ensure features maximize value against product strategy.
• Act as the subject-matter expert for Autoship and recurring commerce technologies, focusing on customer experience.
• Partner with delivery teams across the Agile lifecycle to confirm requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Contribute to strategy discussions around dashboards, discounting, and customer communications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Product Owner in a retail or e-commerce environment.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, APIs, and recurring commerce technologies.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and hands-on experience using Jira for product management.
• Expertise in Product Management principles.
• Experience translating product strategy into actionable user stories.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge business needs with technical execution.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with dashboards and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with discounting and promotional strategies in retail.
