Lead technical crews in delivering strategic technology projects within the credit card and disputes domain.
Responsibilities
- Lead development teams through the full API lifecycle, defining request/response models and creating Swagger documentation.
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable user stories.
- Drive project implementation using Scrum and Agile methodologies.
- Manage technical product backlogs to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in product ownership or technical business analysis.
- Deep domain knowledge in credit card business processes and dispute management.
- Hands-on experience with Fiserv processing or Pega Smart Disputes.
- Technical proficiency in API development and documentation.
- Strong Business Analysis skills.
- Experience working within Scrum frameworks.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
