Lead technical crews in delivering strategic technology projects within the credit card and disputes domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead development teams through the full API lifecycle, defining request/response models and creating Swagger documentation.
• Translate complex business requirements into actionable user stories.
• Drive project implementation using Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Manage technical product backlogs to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product ownership or technical business analysis.
• Deep domain knowledge in credit card business processes and dispute management.
• Hands-on experience with Fiserv processing or Pega Smart Disputes.
• Technical proficiency in API development and documentation.
• Strong Business Analysis skills.
• Experience working within Scrum frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
