Description

You will define the product vision and roadmap for ServiceNow implementation.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into clear user stories.
• Prioritize the product backlog to ensure development teams understand requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, business, and ServiceNow developers.
• Review and validate completed work to confirm it meets business needs.
• Support ServiceNow module rollouts such as CSM, ITSM, or CRM.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, specifically CSM, ITSM, or CRM modules.
• Ability to define product vision and drive transformation initiatives.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Product Owner methodologies.
